The IT industry love their abbreviations and acronyms. They're great, and they make you sound really smart when you use them.
Unfortunately for us, just to know the meaning of all 5 hundred thousand you'd need a PHD in some sort or complicated science-y subject.
Lucky for you - I've come to save the day. No longer sitting in meetings acting like you know the meaning of the terms a client of colleague dropped. No longer searching google for hours on end just so you don't sound like a fool replying to an email. No longer will they have the power over us!
This is the app designed for the itabbreviations.com website. The content really focuses on Australian ISPs (You can finally understand what those telco technicians are talking about!) - but covers lots of commonly and uncommonly used abbreviations in the IT Industry.
The app will pull from the main itabbreviation website, so you're always kept up to date with the latest abbreviations. Whoooooo.
As you can tell, I'm not a graphic artist or a UX designer. I like clean and simple - straight to the point. I love feedback, as long as it doesn't hurt my feelings. I hope you like the app as much as I like you for downloading it.
